Ibiza Town (Eivissa)

Ibiza Town, the port city overlooking the Mediterranean is the capital and the largest city on the island and really does have something for everyone. Its buzzing nightlife is legendary, with world-class restaurants and a great selection of bars in the pretty Old Town and in trendy Marina Botafoch.

Dalt Vila

Cobbled streets, amazing views, bastions and esplanades of Dalt Vila (high town) .The stately main entrance, flanked by two roman statues, welcome you when going uphill and crossing the drawbridge, known as Portal de SesTaules. From there you will get to a cobblestone courtyard that is the prelude of Plaza de Vila or main square. The entrance in el Portal Nou invites you for a nice walk. You may see native women of Ibiza in their houses to do their daily tasks.

The large wooden doors allow you to have a look inside, often decorated, to the private chapel and grand staircase. The souvenir shops and art galleries are a complete surprise because in them you can admire works of local artists and artisans.

San Antonio de Portmany

The beautiful town of SantAntoni de Portmany is located in the island of Ibiza which, along with Formentera, make up the Archipelago of Pitiusas. On the shore of the SantAntoni Bay, this Balearic town has an interesting historic quarter and beautiful, crystal-clear waters. The variety of accommodations and leisure activities it offers make it one of the most attractive tourist destinations in the island. Taking a quiet walk through the coves and pinewoods is an alternative that reflects the other side of a town that is famous for its exciting night life.

Hippie markets

Punta Arabí Hippy Market started in the seventies and since then keeps marking the pace of Ibiza during summer Wednesdays.

Located on a paved area surrounded by cafe bars, restaurants and some hotels, this market retains a special charm offering reasonably priced Adlib style clothing for men, women and children, as well as a wide range of silver and leather crafts, jewellery, costume jewellery, fashion clothing, gifts, decorations, African art… Have a look around more than 400 stalls whilst enjoying a nice walk along the narrow streets.

From 14.30pm to 18.00pm visitors can listen to live music at the marquee or enjoy any of the 'surprise' events. Nursery service available at flat 36 from 10.00am to 17.00pm. Formentera, perhaps the first time this is that you hear from this island. It is not strange that you have no knowledge yet taken of this small island. Indeed, it is one of the smaller islands of the Balearics and much less known than the 'big sister' Ibiza. Nevertheless Formentera is not inferior to Ibiza. Indeed, this small jewel of the Balearics will amaze you with its small, picturesque houses and green soothing nature.
